About Sonia Ariza

I am *Sonia Ariza, Real Estate Investment Manager*. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, with specialized training in **Real Estate Management** and experience in marketing, investment and property management in *Punta Cana, Dominican Republic*. Through *Ariza Properties*, I accompany people who wish to invest in real estate with a clearer, more organized and strategic vision. My work is not limited to showing properties: I seek to understand what each client wants to achieve, analyze the available alternatives and guide them toward an investment that makes sense according to their objectives. My background in marketing allows me to understand the property not only as a real estate asset, but also as an investment that requires location, demand, positioning and an appropriate marketing strategy to develop its potential. Furthermore, my experience in *property management in Punta Cana* has allowed me to closely understand what happens after a purchase: operations, maintenance, guest or tenant experience and all those elements that influence the performance of a real estate investment.
